Trying to join a league...

I am not able to join a League on the League Directory site... you click on the League and it does not give me the opportunity to join the League. Is it just me or is this happening to everyone else?

The salary cap and player set needs to match what league you’re trying to join. The easiest way to join a league is to do it from the team homepage. On the right hand side of the screen you’ll see a join league button. Click that and it will list the leagues that match your cap and player set. If the leagues in the directory it will appear.
