Original Team Franchise.. ... load em up

Great franchise idea here!

While we're waiting... I'm thinking Pete Browning belongs to the Pirates, but his first NL team was actually the Troy Trojans whom I believe have no connection to any existing franchise; is that how you see it?

If you look at Browning's page you'll see "TOT" listed in the 1891 season; I interpret that to be the Troy Trojans from among the defunct franchises...

I think that's the totals for 1891 of his two different stints with the Pirates and Reds.

Interesting! Hadn't thought of that! That makes more sense to me since I didn't think Troy was in the NL, but in either case it signals Browning is a Bucco!

I think the Troy Trojans were in the Aegean Olympic League..............way, way back when!!!
