1. 120 mil. All teams pick Veterans 75 and pitching has to maintain 70 million from start of season to end.

2. 100 mil at Petco Park 05. All teams must use Petco Park 05.

3. 100 mil at Wrigley 78. All teams must use Wrigley 78.

The 1st is a pitching team in a neutral park. I expect ERA to be low. Do you put a couple stars on the team like Ruth or Bonds in the hopes they carry you or even it out?

The 2nd is in a pitchers park. What kind of team is going to work the best? Pitching? Hitting? Balanced? We'll find out. No other restrictions.

The 3rd is a hitters park. What goes best there? All bombers? Top pitching? Balanced? Your choice.
