You can actually create a $45 mil league if you want to, just select the OTHER tab and put in 45. Then you don't have to worry about the 60 Mil league and people breaking the rules.

I avoid non-DH leagues like I do Miller and A-B beer products, but I love things that limit the player pool.

Will argue with myself over this.

Actually Moose, you can't set up a 45mil league, 60 is as low as strat will let you go. Anyway I'm in...again.

Sounds like a fun concept! Also, since a couple of my much-higher cap teams are currently performing as if they are a 45 mil squad, this should be a perfect fit!
