$45m cap league

I rarely play ATG because of the size of the player pool. This cap should sufficiently limit the pool of players so I'll jump in. I don't know the good low value players so you will want to be in my division for sure.

No more than $45m on roster at any time

RiojaDave, I am building my team now. To be clear, no more than $45m on roster at any time includes our draft card (honor system), the preseason, and the regular season, correct?

The league has been created.
Unfortunately Hal won't let me customize the league cap at $45m. So it is a $60m league
The Biomechanical Man, the $45m is for opening day. During the season the "Roster Value" on the team page must be under $45m.

The league is called "45 Proof" and the password is "cheap"

Ok RiojaDave, if the roster value starts @ 45 mil, we have 15 mil unused, however with FA pickup penalty our roster value will drop, but after a pickup we can or cannot decrease our 15 mil?
