Help Please...How Does This Happen?

How does M. Wills in Forbes '57 hit a slammy on a 2-6 roll with pitcher at f9 and it reads Walk on Wills' card.

That has to be either a boxscore log typo or a card issue. I'd suggest others who have that Wills check to see which hitter combo generates HRs - wondering if the 2-5 and 2-6 are somehow transposed either in boxscore logs or on the card.

Yeah, a, a, a typo.. of course... ...no card error here...no black box stuff...nothing nefarious to see here leading to customer outrage...just a typo... yeah yeah that's the ticket.

Sincerely,

another possibility, albeit just as much a problem, is that somehow for that roll it treated Arroyo as a righty, thus giving Wills a triple that he then stretched to a homer.

but.... I checked the other hitters who had rolls on their cards (McCosky and Chance) and their rolls both are correct off of a lefty...

thus, HAL would have had to read them against a lefty Arroyo and Wills as against a righty Arroyo. And that seems just as implausible.

nev, I think somebody just had it out for ya, my friend.

The '62 Wills card has a HR 1-5 chance on a 2-6 roll vs lefties... what am I missing here?

They finally fixed it! I've sent three emails pointing out the 2-6 walk that "becomes a HR" on 62 Wills, I just looked at the card and they finally changed it

Now I'm curious about the 83 Henderson who I've also tried to point out to them does NOT steal like a 20-16 should. I wonder if they fixed that card as well?

Anyone using 83 Henderson that is finally getting good SB numbers out of him?

I emailed them a couple of days ago but no response yet.

Why did someone have to email them THREE times to correct a pretty important mistake, that should be pretty easy to fix?

They probably didn't want to ruin their stellar customer service reputation.
