Four Studs and a Dud League Full Thanks

I'm proposing a league where we draft four players using a randomizer after 12 managers sign up. We will also draft one other player, a dud that will go to another team based on another randomizer. When selecting a dud, the year of the player must be identified. The dud must use the designated year for the entire season. The dud must be a starting pitcher with a * and a value in the price range of four million to eight million dollars. After this portion of the draft you will have five players, the four studs that you picked and a dud pitcher that MUST be used every fourth game as a starting pitcher.
Draft will be SERPENTINE and order will be determined by randomizer and last 4 rounds. Draft will be held on the ILC. The dud round will last one round. Your remaining 20 players on your draft card can be anyone not selected in the stud and dud draft. List your studs and duds as your twenty one through twenty five draft rankings.
The league will be DH, waivers 5/10/20, advanced with a 132 Mil salary cap.
