My guess is that the frequency of four 20-game winners has gone down over the last few years, due to the increased frequency in 5-man rotations. Changes in the composition of the player pool over the last few years have increased the number of higher-end 5-day options, and in turn, that's become a more popular strategy. Of course, if they're getting 32 starts a year rather than 40, it's a lot harder to get 20 wins.

Agreed. Such would also reduce the number of 30 game winners, except among relief pitchers, which would probably remain fairly constant.

Huge run differential of +332 for jet40's team, plus EXTREMELY RARE 60+ home wins (62) and 50+ road wins (54). Either is very rare by itself, but to have a team with both is almost unheard of.

The thing I was quite proud of was I batted Willie McGee cleanup both ways. I wanted to split righty hitting Lajoie and Anson. I felt his lack of extra base hits would be offset by his switch hitting and speed in front of him, not to mention he does have a lot of hits on his card.
