only way to stop seeing reminders is fill the league and get it started, folks...

i don't see how anyone can resist the chance to play against teams named Baton Rouge Voodoo and Staten Island Pizzas

(neither one is my team's name, but both are very good ones, fwmoiw)

the one I played in previously was pretty good. at least the game recaps read less bizarrely when the team name was mentioned

I would have joined long ago, but weird is spelled wrong, and nothing personal but that stuff just drives me nuts. Sorry

my apology, sir, its the stroke damage, I sometimes can't see transpositions like that... somehow, even with the red spellcheck underscoring misspellings don't register. what if I delete the league and make absolute certain to get the spelling 100% ?

and just by way of example, before I corrected it, I spelled 'no' as 'know' and 'seen' as 'scene' (not sure what is up w/ the homonym inappropriate substitution thing, but that's also part of it. anyway, apologies for the spelling screw up. I think I will correct that.

Well I feel like a bit of an ass now, I hope you are recovering well! I am always looking for leagues, especially the $80m DH type. So while I can't say for sure I would join, I certainly could see myself joining such a league

Steve, no need for you to feel like an *ssterisk, sincerely. we all have our peeves, like wierd [sic] names is one of mine. ;-] no way in hell you could have known about my little problem, unless I (or some mutual opponent) told you, correct?

(one of my old-bosses' pet peeves was that I would not capitalize my names or the first person singular pronoun all the time in emails (within our team only, not in 'public' documentation - so since he does not play here, I can do it)
