But seriously, you should ignore Ignore Park Effects. It treats the Park Effects like they're not there. If there's a # and it's followed by a HR, then Ignore Park Effects treats it as a HR.

Zero Park Effects is a park with all zeros for HR and SI (0-0-0-0). It'll tell you the baseline value of a player card. If there's a # and it's followed by a HR, Zero Park Effects treats it as an out.
