I took Astrodome. Can parks be duplicated in league? Can I play Astrodome again in another league?

yes...you can play any park still available. you could play the same park all twelve seasons if it was available

I think each team must use a unique stadium in each league, so there should be 12 different stadiums in each league.

However, I did not see anything in the rules that limited your choice of stadium other than no duplicate stadiums in a league, so if you want to play in the Astrodome 12 times and it is not already used by somebody picking ahead of you, you can do so.
