Need Injury Help in 80s Game - I'm perplexed!!

How can Rick Rhoden have been injued on a foulout? That is not an alternative on any of his 6/12 lines.

The batter was a switch hitter so I'm assuming he was hitting LH, but there's nothing on the 6/12 line on the right side either.

The only "special" symbol on any of the lines is a > for ballpark rating, but my understanding was that the result from that would be either a single or a lineout.

What am I missing?

Who was the batter?

Had to be a DH no?

pitcher injuries come on the devils roll, 6-6-6. Could be H&R, a bunt, was someone on first?

There is an advanced rule that will sometimes change lineouts on > readings to other possibilities such as foulouts.
