We have reached the portion of the draft where I definitely feel we need to speed things up - bidding 3 days on Ollie Brown is just not that interesting. Anywho, as of Sep 1, here are some of the more expensive players still out there:

Lee May, Roy White, Jim Northup, Carl Taylor, Joe Torre, Nate Colbert, Rusty Staub (unbelievable given how popular he was), the say hey kid (not really a kid by 69), Wes Parker, Norm Cash, Mike Fiore, Dietz, Merv Griffin-Rettenmund, Carlos ('Los") May (1969 marked the release of "Evil Way"), Rico Carty, Curt Flood, Johnny Callison, Jerry Moses, Buddy Bradford, Hundley, Dyer, Deron Johnson and Ed (Jeanne) Kirkpatrick

Chuck Taylor, Jim Kaat, Jim (Jockey brand) Palmer, Holtzman, Roger and Ossiett Nelson, you-can-call-me Ray Culp, Bob Meyer, Dick Kelley, and Blue Moon Odom

Why is Moses listed in the OF (or for that matter Menke at SS, Torre at 1st)...It is a bit confusing to me checking on what has been taken. Sorry (didn't want to alter it myself)

I put the position that comes first on their card. Otherwise, utility infielders and such would go in multiple columns.
