Hey Mike... :)

My 2 cents...

Vs. LHSP, Rowand's got too many gbA's for my liking without be a B H/R guy.

Mueller is not a cleanup hitter vs. RH's.

Bat Burrell 5th. vs. LH's or even 4th. Gotta move Omar out of that 5th spot. Granted he is + clutch in some nice spots, but he's W both ways. I may be crazy, but I would like my #5 guy to have N power.

Lotta switch hitters on this squad could mean you might see a reverse SP or 2.

Well, went with Rowand in the 2 hole vs lefties because he has the least amount of DP's on the squad, and the third most tb's...

I see your point about Omar, that is why I put him there, but did not realize he was W both ways....

True enough about all the switch hitters....just don't know who to pick up, or what to do about it at this point....

Using your team ID # @ strat berce I see...

Chavez is available @ 3B. You could go with him alone.
You could dump Howell for a $.50 guy or just get rid of Wickman for some extra cash.

I like Mora as well.

How can this be a Tarbell team without Hafner? hehehe...

Yes, been a long time since i have had a team without Hafner on it! Thought I would mix things up a bit! Besides, LOVE Young's card, so have to give him a try at DH...

You think Chavez is better than Mueller? Or just as an option to eliminate some Switch hitters.

I checked Mora vs Mueller, virtually the same, Mueller a bit better vs lefties, a wash ves righties, and Mueller is a better glove.

I will look at Chavez...anything else?? I find the pickings pretty thin, but would LOVE a LH power hitter for sure! :)

i'd drop vizquel for a decent hitting

dh platoon

ford could help you in lead off or #2 vs rhp

and there are a ton of cheap lhp platoons who'll out hit vizquel by a mile vs lhp.

and for the dough with your starters, i don't really like street all that much.

someone around 2.5 to 4 should be able to handle anyi innings left lying around by cordero.

use the money to upgrade the offense vs rhp even more.

drop howell for a s/r guy to use for mopup duty as well.
