Looking for advise. I have a outfield of Braun, Kemp, JD Drew, C Gonzales and Ryan Sweeny, Jeff Francoer. Would you platoon Gonzelez with Kemp in CF when facing RH pitchers. I would then bring Kemp in for defense and move Gonzalez over to left to replace Braun.

I assume you're talking about the 2009 set. Kemp is worth around 8.5 million. You cannot platoon players of that value. He is great against lefties but will suffice against righties (move him down in the lineup) given his great defense. I also think you've spent too much money on your outfield. What is your projected outfield vs lefties and righties?

We are in a 200 mil leauge that keeps players from year to year. I drafted Kemp last year so salary cap space is not a factor. I have LF Braun, Cf Kemp, Rf JD Drew reserves C Gonzalez, J Francouer, R Sweeny. I can drop someone down because we carrya a 40 man roster into the season. 12 team leauge dh other non pitchers are Helton, M Caberra, F Lopez, A Callaspo, D Jeter, S Rolen, C McGehhe, McCann, M Olivo, L Marson, E Cabera

Ok if salary is not a restriction I would keep both Kemp and Gonzales. They're actually closer than you might think against righties. It may come down to the pitcher that you're facing. If you're facing a series of pitchers that are stronger against righties, you would probably want to start Gonzales. If you're facing pitchers that are more dominant against lefties, you should go with Kemp.

Ryan Braun should not be playing left field.   Make a trade to open up the DH slot.

Actually, assuming a neutral stadium, the three best cards vs rhp are

Drew
Gonzalez
Kemp

with Sweeney as a distant 4th.

Three best cards vs lhp are:

Kemp
Braun
Drew

with Francoeur as a distant 4th.

So in my opinion, gonzalez and Kemp should be both playing vs rhp, with Braun as a pinch-hit vs lhp and Sweeney as a defensive replacement.

Vs lhp, Braun would be an ideal dh, with Gonzalez in lf again.
