If I've got two OF guys who are interchangable on defense for range and Errors, but one's a 0 arm and the other a +2, which one should be in CF and which one in a corner? Who will be throwing more?

Put your best arm in CF. ALL doubles that are on splits and can be advanced go to CF as well as more singles go to CF than to either RF or LF.
