what are some good cheap pitchers who translate well to pologrounds 41?

Depending on what you consider cheap, Hogg, Mullin and Dauss have all done well for me at under 4mil. I have neber tried anything any cheaper than Hogg since my best success there has always been when I treat it as a pitchers park that requires power hitters.
