Given the embarrassing state of SOM online at its new home, I will be rescinding my commitment to play in the next league. If they feel it is reasonable to treat customers like this, I feel my only recourse is to stop being a customer. It was a helluva run boys I wish you all the best going forward and will miss greatly our league and the comeraderie.

Smokey, who are you pissed at? TSN, whose kicking SOM off their site? Strat-o-matic, who hasn't been involved with the online game? Bernie, the one guy trying to improve game play?
so it takes a couple of weeks to get things moved to new servers, with a new game engine, and there are a couple of bugs along the way. Seems like the only mistake was not to say that they were going to shut down two weeks. Can't blame them for trying to be aggressive in the implementation in order to keep us die hards happy.

I am pissed at SOM. My only lament is that I will miss the game more than they will miss my $200.00 a year. I am standing on principal. Their level of commitment to this transition is disgraceful. Basically who ever decided it was okay for me to pay them money to beta test their product without asking me.
