$200 M cap, no unleashed ( I think that's what we decided), no frenzy waivers or whatever the setting is. Let's try to get everybody loaded by next Friday 7/6, so East's target will be Sunday, Central Tue-Wed, West Friday. I guess leagues still need to be loaded by Friday night to start the next week. Thanks
