Buzz, Terry - don't forget that this league does allow for roster expansion to 28 players after gm 132. It also allows for you to keep injured players on your roster and still bring up a replacement during the injury instead of dropping the injured player.

So generally yes, we keep to 25 players on roster at a time, but the above 2 examples are the exception.
