[*:448e5583c9]Beginning at noon Eastern on the morning after Game 96 (that is, noon on Friday morning, January 27, 2006), you may have [u:448e5583c9]no more than one pitcher[/u:448e5583c9] over $3m on your team at any time.
[*:448e5583c9]On the morning of January 27, there will be a one-round live draft for pitchers. This will be a [b:448e5583c9]rapid draft[/b:448e5583c9], where each manager has only a 30-minute time limit after the previous pick. This "clock" starts at 9am Eastern (although managers are welcomed to start giving their choices earlier). Therefore, if you cannot be around the message board that morning, it is recommended that you send to me (The Biomechanical Man) or someone else a list of your choices. If you send a private message to me, I will not read it until it is your turn. Feel free to send the private message hours or even days in advance. (Truthfully, you might be able to list your top-12 pitchers in order right now.)
[*:448e5583c9]The one-round draft order will be from worst-to-best record after Game 96. If two or more teams are tied, run differential will be used as a tie-breaker (team with worse run differential will be considered to have worse record). If teams are still tied, I will flip a coin.
[*:448e5583c9]Each manager retains the exclusive rights to the pitcher he picked in the live-draft until noon Eastern on Saturday, January 28, 2006. In other words, if you don't pick up the player you picked within about 24 hours, anyone can grab him.
