Considering Bonds, Frank Thomas, Smoltz, Clemens, Maddux and the likes... methinks that yep... 32 is the new 31

I sent Cube a heads-up email.

Yeah Timo has discovered the fountain of youth, huh? Let's see if whatever potion he drank last more than a week...

I doubt that it'll get back to me today but in case it does I'll check back in around 6-7 Pac Time. Left a few proxies just in case.

[quote:c4eb4a5f67="superflymacdaddyjuice"]i thought 32 was old. or is it really the new 22? if so MY first pick is a mere 13. and niners drafted a pre - teen.[/quote:c4eb4a5f67]

I am drafting the guy who hit the game winning homer in the Little League World Series. I think he is 12..... but cant remember his name.

You'll have to wait for the prospect draft to get that guy Doc - but it might be more than 2 years before he hits the majors... :P

Speaking of prospects - I think we need to address an issue that may come up: Japanese players

It is a foregone conclusion that certain Japanese players that will be heading to MLB next year (Hiroki Kuroda, Kosuke Fu-kodome, etc).

I just want to make sure that everyone knows that only those Japanese players that have actually signed a contract with a MLB team are eligible for the prospect draft.

Also, I think the draft order of the first prospect draft should be the same as the draft order of the stadium draft. We won't have any records to go by (unless we wait until a full season is played), so I think it's the fair thing. Any one disagree or have an alternate idea?

re-run the randomizer for the first prospect draft or wait until our first season is up. my two votes in order of preference.

Hard to feel too sorry for you Doctor--not with Howard on your squad-- but I feel your frustration tripled.
