Still looking for three more managers.
I did some review of statistics and found out how many possible combinations there are of a random selection of 13 teams from a group of 24. The answer is:

It appears that this league is dead in the water at the moment. Maybe at the conclusion of the Mashed Taters league I'll give it another go.
