69 player browser??

Can anyone point me to where I can find the 69 Player browser so that I can check out the players. I have the excel file but want to plan out a team. I am waiting for SOM to move one of my credits to the 69 player set and this usually takes forever in my experience. I paid my money why can't I play the leagues, I want without having to beg them for help! Thanks for your help.
