click on "PM" stands for private message.

But seriously, I did PM you was wondering if you were going to see it or not.
Everything that you want to do or visit can be found under the your "Membership" tab. You can't PM from the boards like the old style. You have to do it from your "Profile" page.
When you open you "profile" page there should be a link in the top right of the white background (above your profile for favorite teams) for you messages. Clicking will take you to your inbox.
