I see Dale K has entered this league. He had to be removed from Event 3, League 1 due to salary dumping, excessive transactions dropping & picking up the same player, etc.

We need to address this I would think.

I have sent a PM to Dale informing him that he will not be allowed to participate in the rest of this year's Tour because of his actions. I will create an Event 4 LG 2...anyone who wants to jump to that league from LG 1 is more than welcome. I am hoping that Dale will just leave the league, if not, I will simply create another League 1 and email or PM passwords to managers who want into leagues.
