We will begin taking sign-ups for the 2010 Player's Championship.

Format will remain the same as last year - barring any unforseen circumstances.

What is the Players' Championship?

The 2010 Players' Championship is an open, half-year-long, non-elimination tournament that spans 5 Events, played with the 2009 season player set. Participants play in 1 league in at least 4 of the 5 Events, and the top-ranked managers (by average score per league) compete in a Semi-Finals round, and then the Champions League to determine the 2009 Champion! Bernie is working on the homepage. Prizes will be annouced at a later date. Please add your name to the sign up thread.

When might we find out a starting date and what each of the events are going to be?

Does the "same format" mean the same rules? I'd really like to see the RP IP max lowered. it's ridiculous.

Does anyone have a guess for when this is starting??

I love that guys keep blindly signing up even though we have no sense of direction on the rules.

If this isn't answered soon, I think I'll drop out of the 2010 PC and do some theme leagues or something.

It would be nice to know the plan - we've been signing up for 3 weeks and have enough to have started at least 4 leagues....and it's almost July already. Our questions basically have not been acknowledged to this point. I've begun to think that it isn't really happening.

If we don't hear by Sunday, I will be out.

It appears AshleyJoe has not even posted on the forum since June 3, 17 days ago now. I think his 1-year trial is going to come to an early end, if it hasn't already.
