New Event 2 League signup -- Approval from P.C. overseers??

I am interested in doing one more Event 2 league qualifier, if permitted by the powers that be. If interested, sign up. Teepack and/or other tournament overseers, is this sanctioned?

If we get approval and 12 people sign up, I will set up the league and let everyone know the password.

Event 2: Big Spenders
begins: June 9 or 16 - deadline for tournament entry
Salary Cap: $100,000,000
Draft: Auto-Draft (standard)
DH Rule: Yes (standard)
Free Agent Drop Penalty: 20% (standard)

According to earlier posts, this league will not require a one-round stadium draft. Remember the unique stadium rule. Managers are still prohibited from using stadiums you have already used, but feel free to join the league at will.

If it was an event 1 league I'd be interested since I've particpated in the event 2-6. If by chance you turn it into an event 1 league, I'll probably jump in to get another qualifying result.
