Bullpen help?

What is the best way to set this bullpen up to maximize Murray and Fingers. As you can see my starters are a little weak and I am just trying to get 3-5 innings out of them and have the bullpen take over with Murray and Fingers being maximized. I have my lefy/righty specialists in their roles and I have Fingers as the closer and tied and 9th + with Murray covering everything else except mop up. I haven't had starters/a bullpen like this since ATG 4 or maybe even ATG 5. I know I have never done this with bullpen version 2. With bullpen V2 I have always had strong starters who went deep into the game with a decent bullpen. It's forever since I expected the bullpen to carry the staff. I am befuddled by the options. I know nothing about how the F0 through F9 settings affect usage. I have toyed with the settings a few times but couldn't make heads or tails of it. Any help is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.
