Here are the pitcher hitting cards' BA OBP SLG OPS. I did this quickly so there may be a mistake or two, but I think it's pretty accurate.
1 000 028 000 028
2 059 085 059 144
3 120 144 130 274
4 200 222 220 443
5 313 338 342 680
6 065 100 140 240
7 164 195 258 453
8 279 306 387 692
It seems the #6 and #7 cards' priority is based on an outdated over-valuing of HRs and undervaluing of OPS. #5 seems better than both #6 and #7, and #4 seems better than #6 and nearly as good as #7. In fact, #3 is about as good as the weird #6.
Note, however, that this doesn't account for things like "bases advanced on a hit" or "deep flyballs" or "groundballs that are double plays" or "groundballs that are singles if the runner is held." etc. Maybe those factors significantly affect the relative values.
