I vote for the sooner the better. I could have done Tuesday night, but now since this is a debatable topic, I will vote for wednesday night, even though I believe Tuesday should still be on the table

If waivers run at 5PM Eastern, then that gives the East coast 5 hrs to have everything finalized. Some of us don't have 5 hrs. available to do that. I know I won't. I will be off-line till 9PM.

What was the verdict? Team never had waivers. Can no longer vote for some reason. Just shift it by the number of days it's been down or roll to the following week. in fact, i dont even know how the draft turned out. Checking on a team is a once a week endeavor on my end.

Bernie,

Despite the slight lead for starting right away, I'd like to make a management decision for the Barnstormers and get their start date advanced to the following Monday 6/18. I've heard from several people privately and want to make sure that everyone has time to set their teams up.

As soon as possible - Tuesday night is fine with me.

Starting Tuesday night is murder on those who live on the P-Coast and have a long commute - they might have an hour or less to finalize their team.

Ok

New leagues that were filled before Friday's old-site shutdown, that have not reached their waivers deadline, will have their waivers deadline on Tuesday 6/12 at 5pm ET, and [b:a41e6edc9c]will start their season the following Monday, 6/18[/b:a41e6edc9c].

All things considered, given the choice between 1) making you wait a bit longer for Opening Day, and 2) inconveniencing those of you who won't have enough time to finish preparing your teams, I think the answer is obvious.

New leagues whose waivers deadlines already passed last week will start their seasons this Tuesday, 6/12.

Thank you for your input.

Thanks Bernie. A Solomonic decision.
