Unleashed Leagues Not Showing Up

There are currently two "unleashed" leagues that show up under the large list of all available leagues but not under the main advertisement for the 2011 cards on the home page. One of the leagues is close to filling (10/12) and the other is over half way full (7/12). Has it always been this way? Is there any way that the unleashed leagues can be listed under the adverstisement for the 2011 cards. If not, it may take a consideable amount of time to finish filling these leagues.
