Hi,

This team won it all. Here is a 2008 team that I had with only one 2 on defense in RF on it (hope the link works I am bad at posting them).

This team got beat in the 1st round of the playoffs. With no 1's or 2's on defense.

Why don't we just form a league and let our strategies battle it out!!

Don't our strategies already battle it out every time we join a league?

I won one 2009 league with Brian Roberts at second base. So your evaluation of 20 teams a year for the last seven years is invalid.

I've also noticed that in every league I've been in with an opposing team named "Winning Inc", that team has never had less then 90 wins.

Thx Ira, but I [i:19538bfd4d]can[/i:19538bfd4d] put up an occasional 88 or 89 (because I don't always follow the formula myself sometimes. I probably should though!) !

Great chapter to the Secret Formula tradition J-Pav! 8-)

I'm for all intents and puroposes out of SOMO with the exception of two keeper leagues but as always I enjoy your rants J.

... and for what it's worth I *already* call you Gretzky my good man

All best of wishes to you J,

Keep up the good work.

J-Pav,

As always, I look forward to your Secret Formula updates.

Any chance you can calculate and include the standard deviation for each of the position rankings for hitting, starters and relievers? It would be interesting to see how much dispersion there is in these factors among the championship teams.

P.S. I desperately need this info before you demolish me again when (if) we meet in the PC Semis.
