greg vaughn 96 card missing of the 5???

Hi:

I apologize if this has been discussed. I have Greg Vaughn in my 90's league and noticed the 96 card is listed as year but his card doesn't appear. Is this a glitch or should I be concerned that this season won't be possible to come up? It was one of his better years so I'm hoping it is possible.
