Just made 2 FA moves in order to pick up Molina to catch vs lefties. So the lefty lineup now looks like:

Lineup vs. LHP
CHANGE THIS LINEUP
1. Young, Eric (R) DH
2. Kennedy, Adam (L) 2B
3. Wilkerson, Brad (L) RF
4. Lowell, Mike (R) 3B
5. Giambi, Jason (L) 1B
6. Ford, Lew (R) LF
7. Molina, Jose (R) C
8. Clayton, Royce (R) SS
9. Chavez, Endy (L) CF

This is how the trade worked out.

You give up:
Griffey Jr., Ken (4,120,000)
Clayton, Royce (3,620,000)

Other team gives up:
Dejesus, David (3,190,000)
Vizquel, Omar (4,090,000)

I accepted it. DeJesus will be DH vs righties and either hit 1st or 3rd. Ford will hit either 1st or 3rd.

Since DeJesus gains in the clutch I have him hitting 3rd and playing lF, Ford moves to DH.

Lineup vs. RHP
CHANGE THIS LINEUP
1. Ford, Lew (R) DH
2. Kennedy, Adam (L) 2B
3. Dejesus, David (L) LF
4. Pena, Carlos (L) 1B
5. Wilkerson, Brad (L) RF no ballpark signles so doesn't lose in clutch.
6. Lowell, Mike (R) 3B
7. Vizquel, Omar (S) SS
8. Pierzynski, A.J. (L) C
9. Chavez, Endy (L) CF

Why not use Ford in lf, Wilkerson in cf, Dejesus/Kearns as a platoon in rf, and have a much better hitter than Chavez as dh?

He's got Chavez in CF.
